AD – Paid Partnership
Only & Eve are a small, privately owned company in Northeast England that launched in 2017. All their scented candles are made and hand-poured in England to the highest possible standard. The choice of fragrance and design of the packaging and products is a very long process with some being over 6 months of work. Although they are new to the lifestyle scene, they have already attracted a lot of attention and a following on social media.
I’ve had my eye on this company for a little while and knew I definitely wanted to try out their products; I was automatically drawn to their array of scents. I was thrilled when the company sent me some products to review and loved the fact I got to choose; I decided to go for the Verzenay Diffuser and the East Cay Escape Candle.
To put these products to the test I left the Verzenay Diffuser right next to my front door as I wanted the house to smell nice the moment we entered; it didn’t disappoint. With notes of champagne, strawberry, vanilla and jasmine, my house smelt sweet but not sickly. It left it smelling fresh and I could even smell the scent as I was coming up to my front door which is what I loved. I needed a product to get rid of the musty smell we sometimes have and the scented diffuser did the job perfectly. Every couple of days I turn the reeds upside down and it gives it a new burst of energy.
I put the East Cay Escape Candle in the living room and I looked forward to coming home after work and making the room all cosy. I lit this scented candle, dimmed the lights and drew all the curtains. This scent instantly freshens up the room; with notes of pink papaya, melon, mandarin, cassis and coconut, it transfers me to a tropical island. I think it is perfect for this time of year but would be a great scent all year round, I definitely will be repurchasing this scent. I think I’ve found my new favourite.
Only & Eve is a great company and all the research and testing they put into their products really pays off. Anyone would be lucky to have their scents fill their homes and I look forward to trying the whole range of scents.
